1. Parties and acceptance of conditions

Please review the agreement, data policy, and medical warning prior to installation. Initiation of use constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions as applicable. If the user does not agree, he should not install the application or uninstall it and stop using the site.
2. License, download and compatibility
The User is granted, free of charge, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Application on his/her own or legally used Android devices for personal lawful purposes. Selling the right, issuing a sublicense, or distributing a modified build is not permitted.
The official APK is published on the page vesometr.ru/download/. It shows the version, size, package id and SHA-256. The current build is designed for Android 7.0 and newer; Compatibility may vary by manufacturer, system notification restrictions, biometrics, and available space.
3. Purpose and functions
Vesometr helps you manually manage weight and goal, blood pressure, pulse, nutrition, smoking and expenses, well-being, notes, first aid kit and medication schedule; view calendar and schedules; create PDF and JSON copy; Protect your login with a PIN code and system biometrics.
The actual interface and features vary depending on the version installed. Local recommendations are created according to predefined rules, do not use server-side artificial intelligence and are not a personal medical opinion.
4. User Responsibilities
The user must provide data in good faith, check units of measurement, date and time, follow the instructions of the devices, protect the device and backup copies, not transfer confidential files to random recipients and not use the product for illegal purposes.
The user independently decides which categories to maintain and what information to include in the PDF. Entries about a third party are permitted only if there is a legal basis and with respect for their privacy.
5. Medical border
The application, website, articles, graphics, recommendations and PDF are not a medical device, medical record, diagnostic system, treatment prescription or emergency service. They do not confirm health, do not exclude disease, and do not determine an individual norm.

7. Local data, backup and export
There is no account or server copy of the journal. The user is responsible for the physical safety of the device, system locking, PIN and the availability of an up-to-date JSON copy. Complete deletion and restoration may permanently change local data; Before such actions, you should check the backup file.
PDF and JSON are created at the user's command. Before sending, you must check the content, recipient and conditions of the selected external service. After transferring the file, the copyright holder does not control copies of the recipients, in mail, messenger, cloud or download folder.
8. Availability, Updates and Discontinuation
The copyright holder has the right to correct errors, change the interface, compatibility, set of functions and document format. The update may require free space, a current version of Android and the adoption of a new edition of the built-in documents, if justified by changes.

The Copyright Holder takes reasonable care for quality, but does not guarantee that all errors will be free, compatible with every device, delivery of every notice, retention of a single copy in case of failure, or achievement of medical results. Limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory regulations and consumer protection laws.
11. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The law of the Russian Federation applies to the agreement. Before going to court, the parties are advised to send a clear written claim to the contact address describing the event, application version and expected resolution. This does not limit the inalienable rights of the user and the jurisdiction provided by law.
12. Changes and contacts
The new edition is published on this page with the date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions to the extent permitted by law.
