Consent to the processing of form data

1. Volitional decision of the user

By checking a separate box and clicking “Send message”, the user freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, consents to the processing described below. The checkmark is not pre-set and is not a requirement for reading the site or downloading the application.

If consent is not given, the form cannot be submitted, but the user can review all public materials. A direct email is processed based on the content and purpose of the request itself.

3. Data composition

Required fields: email address, subject and message text. The name is processed only if filled in voluntarily. Along with the message, the date, technical number, consent version and service characteristics necessary for registration and protection of the form are saved.

The server processes connection information and a secure identifier used for rate limiting. Consent does not include medical documents, special categories of data, backup copies, passwords, PINs, payment information and third party data. The user must limit the text to the minimum necessary.

4. Specific goals

Purposes of processing: receive and register a message; send a response; request reasonable clarification; fix the described error; consider the proposal; prevent spam and abuse; comply with a request for access, revocation or deletion; confirm actions with the request.

Consent does not include advertising, mass mailing, data sale, public distribution, medical analysis, scoring or automated decision that creates legal consequences for the user.

5. List of actions and method

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use strictly for circulation purposes, restriction of access, blocking, deletion and destruction are allowed. Processing is performed automatically and when a specialist reads and responds to a message, without the use of automation tools.

The main working storage of the form is located on a server in the Russian Federation outside the public directory. The form does not accept files and does not create a public post for the message.

6. Access and recipients

Access is granted to authorized persons of the operator. Technical hosting, security and email providers may participate only to the extent necessary and subject to legal grounds and confidentiality obligations. Form-field contents and submitted messages are not shared with advertising networks or analytics platforms.

7. Validity and storage period

Consent is valid from submission until completion of the purpose, withdrawal or expiration of 90 days. Longer storage is only permitted if there is an ongoing request, legal obligation or need to protect rights. Once the foundation is terminated, the working copy is deleted; technical security traces may be preserved within an independent legal period.

8. Revocation and deletion

Feedback is sent to info@vesometr.ru from the same address. Indicate the case number, if saved. The operator checks the connection of the applicant with the message and stops processing unless there is another basis provided by law.

9. User confirmation

The user confirms that he is acting voluntarily, indicates his own or legally used email address, understands the composition, goals, actions, terms and methods of revocation, has read the personal data processing policy and can save the actual text before sending.
